03 Litter – Review of EPR for Packaging Waste in Belgium

We are not succeeding in getting the country clean. Belgian streets, squares, and parks remain plagued by litter. A study by environmental organisation RNB (Recycling Netwerk Benelux) shows that Belgium is failing to achieve a decrease. In Brussels and Wallonia, there is not even any reliable data on the quantities and composition of the litter.
